1. These articles , wherever phrased as to address males are intended also for females and vice versa, and all that is said in singular refers also to the plural and vice versa.

 

2. Isaac Eilat Law Offices (hereinafter:"The office") enables, through this site, the payment of debts owed to clients represented by it in an easy and quick manner.

 

3. When a payment transaction by means of a Credit Card is made, an inspection of the card will be made with the Credit Company, and the userr will receive an immediate reply regarding the state of the transaction, and if it has been accepted or denied.

 

4. The site is secured according to all required standards, and the clearing company of the site meets the PCI standard.

 

5. The initiator of the transaction is allowed to approach the office with a request to alter the debt amount or to cancel it altogether. Cancellation of the transactionis made in accordance with the Protection of Consumers Act HATASHMA- 1981 and the ordnances enacted according to it within 14 days from the date when the payment message was given by phone and/or made via internet,. by calling phone nr. +972 3 5610454. The office will make the required change in accordance with the policy in force at the time with the Credit Company. In the event that the Credit Company will charge the office with a commission as a result of this action, the initiator of this action will be debited with the said commission.

 

6. The office safeguards the privacy of the payers and does not keep their credit card details,nor discloses these details to third parties.

 

7. Should the transaction not be approved by the Credit Card Company, the initiator of the transaction will receive an appropriate message to that effect. In order to complete the transaction the initiator of the transaction must make a telephone contact with the office at nr. +972 3 5610454

 

8. The office will on no account be held responsible regarding any unlawful activity made by parties/users of the site or by any other third party not under its full control.

 

9. For any payment made, a receipt will be sent to the payer.

 

10. The office has authorizations required by law from the Tax Authorities.

 

11. The user hereby declares that he is fully competent to make legally binding transactions and his age is over 18 years old

 

12. The office will be allowed to prohibit the initiator of the transaction from making any payment by means of this site, by blocking his possibility to do so in each of the following:

 

*The initiator of the transaction acted unlawfully and/or in contravention of any law

*The initiator of the transaction is in breach of any of article of these articles and/or the General terms

*The initiator of the transaction has purposefully given during the transaction ,or by phone after the transaction , erroneous details

*The originator of the transaction has caused harm either by action or avoidance of action to the office and/or anyone on behalf of the office and/or any third party, and/or caused harm to the proper function of the site.

 

13.Without in any way derogating from the above, the transgressor may be subject to either criminal and/or civil legal charges

 

14. The construction of these articles and General terms, as well as their enforcement and any action and/or controversy resulting from them will be made according to the laws of the State of Israel and the Israeli courts will have sole jurisdiction over them..
