Overview of the international collection procedures

1.  Obtaining documentation – obtaining information from the client about the debtor, location, nature of the debt, the sum of the debt and interest terms
2.  Contacting the debtor – sending the material to the designated office in the debtor's country, initiating debt collection proceedings in accordance with local procedures.
3.  Legal proceedings – if necessary – to be approved in advance by the client and to be implemented in the debtor's country.
4.  Client update – regular updates will be sent to the client by the referent
5.  Money transfer – at the end of the debt collection procedure – the collected sums will be transferred to the client less the commission.
